Dr. Farida Ali, DDS
Dr. Farida Ali's passion for dentistry began with her own childhood visits to the dentist — an experience that sparked a lifelong desire to help others feel confident in their smiles. That passion led her into a competitive accelerated dental program straight out of high school. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Fairleigh Dickinson University in just three years before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry in 2004.
Dr. Ali completed her residency at Monmouth Medical Center in 2005, where she was honored as Resident of the Year for clinical excellence. She holds a volunteer faculty position at Monmouth Medical Center, where she has also been recognized as Teacher of the Year, and for many years provided dedicated dental care to elderly patients in nursing home settings.

Dr. Michael A. Carey, DMD
Dr. Michael Carey has spent his career focused on one goal: exceptional, unhurried care for every patient who sits in his chair. During dental school, he was internationally recognized for his research on collagen synthesis and graduated with Omicron Kappa Upsilon honors. He went on to train at the prestigious St. Luke's Medical Center in Manhattan and later earned his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry — a distinction reflecting his ongoing commitment to advanced continuing education.
A New Jersey native, Dr. Carey is proud to continue serving the community he grew up in. Outside the office, he enjoys sports, music, golf, and travel.
